Ingredients
- Matcha: 3g
- Sugar: 3-4g, or your preferred sweetener
- Hot water: 30ml
- Milk: 180ml, dairy or your preferred plant-based alternative

- Mug or glass
- Tea whisk (chasen) or milk frother
Method
- Sift the matcha - Sift the matcha into a bowl, then mix in the sugar.
- Add hot water - Gradually add the hot water, whisking well until fully dissolved.
- Strain and pour - Strain the mixture and pour it into your serving cup.
- Froth the milk - Froth the milk using a chasen, bamboo tea whisk, or a milk frother.
- Serve - Pour the frothed milk over the matcha, and enjoy!
