How To Make Matcha Latte

Ingredients

  • Matcha: 3g
  • Sugar: 3-4g, or your preferred sweetener
  • Hot water: 30ml
  • Milk: 180ml, dairy or your preferred plant-based alternative

Equipment

  • Mug or glass
  • Tea whisk (chasen) or milk frother

Method

  1. Sift the matcha - Sift the matcha into a bowl, then mix in the sugar.
  2. Add hot water - Gradually add the hot water, whisking well until fully dissolved.
  3. Strain and pour - Strain the mixture and pour it into your serving cup.
