Shipping

We charge a flat fee of $8.95 for postage and handling anywhere in Australia. However, if your order more than $100.00 we do not charge for postage and handling.

We process your order usually on the same or next business day (depending on when we receive your order) and all orders are sent via Australia Post Overnight* Air Express Satchel.

* Next Day Delivery (Australian Orders Only) - We use Australia Post Express which guarantees next business day delivery within the Express Post network which includes all major city centres. more info here...

For international orders and larger Australian orders we usually will require an additional payment to cover extra postage. In these cases we will contact you to discuss.

Returns

Due to our company policy, we are unable to accept returns.

However we are happy to exchange products within 2 weeks of purchase, upon presentation of the returned product and receipt and provided that the seal has not been opened with the exception of spoiled products. It is your responsibility to cover postage charges for returning and re-sending the item(s) for exchange.
