Sencha Japanese Green TeaSencha (煎茶) is the most popular variety of Japanese Green Tea. As opposed to Matcha, where the leaves are ground and powdered, Sencha leaves are not. Matcha Powdered Japanese Green TeaMatcha (抹茶) is a variety of green tea where the tea leavs are finely milled into a powder. The powder is actually mixed and dissolved into the tea.
